2 Mischiefs Managed - [Video]

[The video starts off shaky, with what looks like a view of the ceiling. There is a little more rustling, and a few faint snuffling noises. The camera bumps over a few times, as if the device is being nudged to the side. Something large and orange suddenly fills the camera.]

Oi! Fred! I think I got it turned on!

[The device nudges around once again, and suddenly the viewer is treated to an extremely close-up view of a very orange turtle. A second identical turtle clambers slowly into view.]

Not bad work for a reptilian. We may be able to make some fun of this yet.

[Can turtles grin? Because it almost seems like turtle!Fred is grinning as he slowly turns to the device.]

Do you think we can still Apparate like this? It’d be a lot faster than trying to walk around.

[George!turtle shuffles over to where a pair of trousers have been tossed on the floor, and nudges around in the pockets until he emerges with a wand grasped in his mouth. He takes a slow and deliberate step forward and vanishes, only to re-appear on top of a nearby desk.]

Brilliant!

That'll work just fine, I should think. Let's go rifle through Gin's sock drawer, or nick someone's breakfast.

Alright. But then we need to go find a lamp or somewhat. I’m starting to feel distinctly cold-blooded.

[ooc: Fred and George have been hit up with the Safari Day curse and will be adorable Apparating turtles until the end of the day! Taking this as a personal challenge, they will be trying to cause as much havoc as possible. Then possibly taking a nap under a heat lamp. Open for action if you feel like stumbling across a pair of orange turtles at any point throughout the day.]

[Living in the City for too long really messes a girl up in some ways. She's paranoid and overprotective one day and reckless and terribly Gryffindor the next. She thinks some secrets are better kept, that some things are on a need-to-know basis. Mostly, she just doesn't want to cause worry when there's no need for it. Tom Riddle, Bellatrix Lestrange... their being here is in the past. A young Albus Dumbledore? Still too weird to really explain.

One day, maybe, she'll be painfully honest. It might take a curse, or some Veritaserum slipped into her morning tea. But she knows if she keeps this up, it'll bite her in the arse. Ginny looks thoughtful for a moment, then amends her answer: ]

He was Dumbledore's. He wasn't here very long, but it was long enough to get an owl and train him. And I've always wanted one, so...

Dumbledore was here? Blimey. Sad I missed that.

It was... really comforting to have him here for a while, yeah.

[She smiles a bit.]

He made me socks for Christmas.

You think you'd've received enough knitwear over the years.

Not from Dumbledore, though.

[She pauses.]

So I suppose if you ever want to borrow him for owl post, you can. And when you have an actual business running, maybe you can get some delivery owls?

I occasionally have brilliant ideas.

Occasionally, yeah.
